Use files you are authorized to process
You retain ownership of your files. Only process documents or images you own or have permission to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, to infringe other people’s rights or to interfere with the website.
Review your output
Keep a copy of your original files and check each output before relying on it. PDF forms, links, annotations, bookmarks and digital signatures may change or be lost during editing. The service does not guarantee that every PDF feature, layout or image detail will be preserved.
Photos may be resized and re-encoded, and transparent areas become white. Limits and supported formats are described in the FAQ.
Availability and limitations
The tools are currently provided free of charge, as available. Processing depends on your browser and device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every file, or error-free results. Features and limits may change.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hasmar PDF is provided without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and its operator is not responsible for losses resulting from unsupported files, interrupted processing or reliance on unchecked outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
